Dul Meesterke is a robust 8.5% ABV strong blond ale from Brouwerij De Meester in Harelbeke, established in 2016 by Dirk De Meester and Ann Verfaille. This beer marries rich malt sweetness with subtle herbal notes and a smooth, warming finish. Its amber hue is crowned by a beautiful, persistent foam head. The nose reveals elegant yellow fruit aromas, spice and caramel with pleasing complexity. On the palate, fruity and spicy notes take centre stage, supported by malt character. Despite its strength, the beer remains surprisingly approachable, built on a balanced foundation and clean aftertaste.
