Big Dipper from Brouwerij De Leckere is a distinctive hybrid brew: an IPA with white beer influences from Utrecht. At 7.2% ABV, this beer merges the bright, tropical hop character of an IPA with the light, spicy elegance of a witbier. The result is a refreshing beer with a gentle bitterness (IBU 20) that shines on sunny afternoons. Founded in 1997, the brewery has brewed entirely organic since 2018. Big Dipper takes its name from the Utrecht neighbourhood where the brewery is located, reflecting De Leckere's playful, inventive spirit. The beer pours pale yellow with a white head and delivers aromatic notes of citrus, grass and grain.
