Willibrord from Utrecht's Brouwerij De Leckere is an organically brewed American Amber Ale with a warm, inviting amber hue. This beer marries soft malt character from oats and barley with subtle citrus notes and gentle hop bitterness. The palate is pleasantly sweet and rounded, built on a foundation of pure malt. The finish brings forward hop nuance with a bittersweet quality that lingers gently. A creamy head and soft, malty body complete the picture. Since 1997, De Leckere has been crafting characterful, organic beers with their own identity, brewing from their modern facility in Utrecht's Werkspoorkwartier since 2018.
