Brewed in Utrecht since 1997, this pilsner combines water, barley malt, hops and yeast into a refreshing, thirst-quenching beer. The aroma carries classic pilsner notes—malty and grassy with light citrus hints. On the palate, a soft, creamy texture emerges, supported by barley malt and a gentle, well-balanced bitterness. The body remains light yet flavourful. The finish is clean and dry, with a subtle metallic edge that reinforces the pilsner character. Unfiltered and lightly hazy, as tradition suggests.
