Krampus from Brouwerij Bliksem in Breda is a dark quadrupel topped with a full, stable foam head. This potent ale (11% ABV) reveals itself as a complex brew with pronounced tonka and vanilla aromas, complemented by speculoos spice notes. On the palate, tonka returns prominently alongside spicy malt character and a candy-like sweetness typical of the style.
