Rattle & Rum is BrewDog's limited edition rum and oak chip stout, built on a foundation of five specialty malts. At 7.4% ABV, this full-bodied expression showcases prominent vanilla and rum character balanced by dark chocolate and burnt toffee notes. The aroma opens with vanilla and espresso, backed by sweet rum. On the palate, a creamy mouthfeel carries vanilla, dark rum, and dark fruit flavours forward, with roasted malt providing depth. The finish is clean and lingering, allowing vanilla and rum to fade gracefully without becoming cloying.
