This beer is crafted with coffee blossom honey harvested by bees in Brazil, where they specifically pollinate these flowers. The result is a full-bodied, sweet beer at 7.5% alcohol. The aroma reveals forest honey with hints of poached chestnuts. On the palate, caramelised malt and the distinctive honey sweetness take centre stage, creating a rich and warming character. The finish is balanced, with subtle bitterness that cuts through the sweetness without overwhelming it.
