Brouwerij Huyghe's Blanche des Neiges is a classic Belgian witbier with a pale, hazy appearance and a thick white head. Brewed with barley malt, wheat, coriander and Hallertau Brewer Gold hops, the beer bottle-conditions for added complexity. The nose is floral and spicy, with coriander and curaçao notes alongside bright citrus. On the palate, citrus and wheat combine in a fresh, lightly tart profile.
