Riebedebie is a blonde to light amber tripel from Brouwerij De Bie, a Belgian brewery established in the hop gardens. This traditional beer is brewed in small batches using only natural ingredients: barley malt, hops, yeast, water and spices. The beer is characterised by a sweet to spicy flavour profile with a distinctive, mildly bitter aftertaste. High fermentation brings forward fruity and yeasty notes, complemented by pleasant hop bitterness. At 9% alcohol, this is a full-bodied yet elegant tripel that balances sweetness with complexity.
