On the palate, apple and pear fruit emerge, joined by spice notes of vanilla, clove and white pepper. As the beer warms, vinous and peppery characteristics develop. The finish is dry and sharp, with a persistent bitterness that lingers across the palate. Mouthfeel is a solid medium body with good carbonation and a dry conclusion.
