Witte Pol is a traditional Belgian witbier brewed by Brasserie Inter-Pol, located in Mont, a district of Houffalize in Luxembourg. The brewery has been officially operational since 2010, crafting its beers in a former blacksmith's forge dating back to 1710. This witbier offers a crisp, approachable character with the light and spiced notes typical of the style. At 5.0% alcohol, it serves as an excellent thirst quencher, equally suited as an aperitif or alongside a meal. Witte Pol is one of Brasserie Inter-Pol's core offerings, standing alongside Zwarte Pol as a cornerstone of the brewery's portfolio.
