Floris is a light and refreshing wheat beer from Huyghe Brewery in Melle, where tradition meets fruit-driven character. Brewed with barley malt, wheat malt, corn flakes and oats, it is finished with a subtle blend of herbs: coriander, orange peel, licorice and lavender. The beer re-ferments in the bottle, contributing to its lively nature. The flavour is delicate and well-balanced between sweet and sour, with fruity notes and a soft cider undertone. The aroma reveals hints of coriander and wheat, supported by citrus aromatics that give the beer a crisp character. The aftertaste is green, fruity and subtly sour, making it highly drinkable.
