Silly Saison is brewed by Brasserie de Silly, a Belgian family brewery from the village of Silly with roots reaching back to 1850. This top-fermented saison at 5% ABV honours the traditional character of the style. The beer delivers a light, refined taste with subtle hints of sweet fruit and spice. Caramel malt, plum and cherry notes emerge on the palate, balanced by a delicate bitterness from Kent and Hallertau hops. The aroma is minimal and straightforward, allowing the fruity and spicy yeast characters to shine through. A refreshing beer that invites another glass.
