À propos
Blanche de Silly is a classic witbier from Brasserie de Silly, a family brewery in the Walloon village of Silly, some 40 kilometres southwest of Brussels. The brewery's heritage stretches back to 1850, when Marcelin Hypolite Mynbrughen established his first brewery in a large Hainaut farmhouse. This witbier strikes a refined balance between malt, hops and wheat. The aroma is delicate and fresh, with soft wheat notes and subtle citrus touches. On the palate, spicy nuances and light sweetness emerge, while hop bitterness remains restrained. At 5% alcohol, it is an approachable, refreshing beer well suited to warm days.
