Abbaye de Saint-Martin is an organic abbey beer brewed by Brasserie Brunehaut, located near Tournai in Belgium. The brewery traces its heritage to 1096, when monks at the abbey first began producing beer. This monastic legacy remains central to the brewery's identity and craft today. The Abbaye range comprises several expressions, each crafted with three varieties of malt and three hop varieties that combine to create a robust character. The Brune (8% ABV) displays deep toasted malt, caramel and dark fruits including plum and cherry, finishing with subtle dryness. The Blonde (7% ABV) opens with citrus fruit, spice and a lighter body. As one of Belgium's few official organic abbey beers, Abbaye de Saint-Martin bridges monastic tradition with contemporary craft brewing.
