Delirio is the alcohol-free expression of Delirium Tremens, the flagship beer from Brouwerij Huyghe in Melle, Belgium. This light blonde ale preserves the distinctive character of its stronger sibling without the warming alcohol. Brewed with barley malt, coriander, and Hallertau Brewer Gold hops, it delivers a complex and refreshingly balanced profile. The nose shows subtle malty notes with spicy and fruity undertones. On the palate, the beer is round and full-bodied, with a fine bitterness that unfolds into a dry, pleasant finish. Despite its minimal alcohol content, Delirio maintains maturity and composure.
