Sori Hybrid Treats is a 12% ABV Imperial Stout brewed by the Finnish founders of Sori Brewing in Tallinn, Estonia. This pastry stout is part of their inventive Hybrid Treats series – an ambitious project in which a single 2000-litre base recipe is split into multiple fruity and flavoured variants.

Each volume of the series explores creative combinations: Estonian Apple Pie, Marshmallow Glazed Oreos, Chocolate Strawberry with whipped cream, and more. Sori's approach is unconventional craft brewing without compromise, reflecting the brewery's mission to make better beer on their own terms.
