Oostende Zeeuwse Zatte is a blonde ale from Brouwerij Slot Oostende, brewed in the heart of the historic castle in the centre of Goes. This beer emerged from a distinctive brewing experiment: a single base batch of 2000 litres was transformed into five different fruity variants in collaboration with Brouwerij Brouwersnös from Groenlo. The result is a blonde ale with pronounced fruity character and refreshing appeal. Slot Oostende has been brewing since 2017 in a professional microbrewery with modern standards, where master brewer Sven uses the purest barley, malt and hops. This blonde ale reflects the house philosophy: traditional brewing craft with a contemporary twist.
