Selfish Session is the inaugural beer from Brouwerij De Feniks in Heule, Belgium. Brewmasters Kurt and Gino created this blonde ale as a personal thirst quencher while renovating their brewery—hence the name 'Selfish'. This unfiltered, uncentrifuged blonde ale is brewed with a yeast strain that brings fruity character. At 6.7% alcohol and 25 IBU, it strikes a balanced profile without excessive weight. The firm body gives it more substance than a typical session beer. An approachable, flavourful beer that shows Brouwerij De Feniks prioritised quality from the very beginning.
