Brauerei Mittenwald, family-owned since 1864, crafts this clean Helles using time-honoured Bavarian methods. The beer is bottom-fermented and lagered for six to twelve weeks, allowing its character to develop fully. Regional barley from Upper Bavaria and select Hallertau hops form the foundation. Mild yet full-bodied, Mittenwald Hell reveals its best at around 8°C. The palate is malty and round with subtle fruit and floral notes, finishing with a dry, balanced bitterness. A straightforward, approachable lager that embodies the brewery's commitment to local sourcing and traditional brewing.
