Frastanzer s'Dunkle is a Munich Dunkel from Brauerei Frastanz, an Austrian brewery in Vorarlberg with roots stretching back to 1902. This dark lager draws on Alpine brewing tradition, crafted with quality ingredients from the Lake Constance region. Chestnut brown in colour with a clinging beige head, the beer opens with aromas of bacon, nuts and chocolate alongside subtle acidity. The palate shows good drive and caramel character, layered with roasted coffee notes. Bitterness is restrained, leading to a clean and balanced finish.
