Frastanzer Kellerbier Bio is an unfiltered, unpasteurised lager from Brauerei Frastanz in Vorarlberg, Austria. Founded in 1902 as a cooperative, the brewery produces traditional beer using organic ingredients from the Lake Constance region. This Kellerbier is fermented openly in the cellar and bottled cold, without thermal treatment. The nose shows subtle malt with hints of honey and apple. The palate is crisp and dry with a light bitter finish, complemented by herbal and medicinal character.
