Affligem VI Belgian Brut is the inaugural beer from Brouwerij Affligem's VI platform, named after the six monks who founded the abbey in 1074. Developed in collaboration with Cidrerie Stassen, this aperitif beer undergoes a secondary fermentation with sparkling wine yeast, creating a distinctive effervescence. Subtle hop aromas blend with apricot notes and a dry finish. At 7% ABV with a medium body, it drinks crisp and refreshing without heavy malt character. Designed as an elegant aperitif, it pairs well with charcuterie boards and serves as a festive welcome drink.
