Belfast Lager from Whitewater Brewery is a Continental-style premium lager at 4.5% ABV, brewed with the finest Saaz hops. The brewery was established in 1996 by Bernard and Kerry Sloan on their fifth-generation family farm in the Mourne Mountains of Northern Ireland. This beer pours clear and gold with a crisp, full-flavoured profile. Saaz hops deliver citrus and floral character, balanced by pale malt with subtle honey and butterscotch notes. The finish is clean and lightly bitter, with a dry edge. A straightforward summer lager: light yet defined, with enough personality to hold interest without demanding attention.
