Walt Cider crafts artisanal ciders in Frederiksoord, Drenthe, without concentrates or chemicals. The Hop Oogst 2023 emerged from a distinctive brewing session: a single 2000-litre batch was processed by Groenlo's Brouwerij Brouwersnös into five different fruity variants. This dry, refreshing cider was naturally fermented from apples harvested in 2022. The Hop Oogst 2023 brings hoppy character to cider. With soft bitterness and subtle fruity hop aromas, this cider feels fresh and full-bodied. At 6.9% alcohol, it carries enough substance without heaviness.
