The brewery operates from Fort Westoever, a Napoleonic-era fortress, where it crafts beer for the local community. This dubbel displays a clear brown colour beneath a thin foam head. The nose reveals caramel and brown sugar notes that carry through to the palate, backed by the full body characteristic of the style. At 6.9% ABV, it delivers substance without excess weight.
