Saint Amber from Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven (now 100 Watt Brewery) is an amber ale at 8% ABV, brewed in the monumental Schellens building, a former textile factory in central Eindhoven. This craft brewery, opened in 2015, crafts beer using time-honoured ingredients: malt, hops, water and yeast.

This amber ale presents a medium body with fruity character. The nose carries notes of dried fruit and subtle caramel, balanced by thoughtful hop additions. The finish is dry and clean, contributing to the beer's approachability despite its higher alcohol content.
