This young Roman brewery, established in 2021, brews with a deliberate 'old school' approach. The porter marries the dark, roasted character of a classic English porter with a refined coffee dimension. At 5.4% ABV, it drinks refreshingly without heavy alcohol warmth. The partnership with the specialized roastery ensures coffee is treated as a natural ingredient—adding depth and bitterness—rather than a chemical flourish.
