Põhjala öö Cassis is an Imperial Baltic Porter from Tallinn that marries the brewery's signature dark style with tart blackcurrant character. Built on roasted malts including Carafa and chocolate malt, this full-bodied beer delivers strong coffee and chocolate flavours with hints of caramel and dark fruit. The blackcurrant addition cuts through the richness with bright acidity, creating tension between malt sweetness and fruity tartness.
