Pinkus Special is a German Pilsner from Brauerei Pinkus Müller in Münster, a brewery with over two centuries of family tradition. Founded in 1816, Pinkus became a pioneer in the 1980s as the first certified organic brewery of the modern era. This Pilsner is brewed according to the German Reinheitsgebot, using only organic malt, hops from certified organic cultivation, yeast and pure brewing water. The Special is bottled unfiltered, preserving the natural character of malt and hop. The result is a subtle, smooth Pilsner with an approachable balance between grain and bitterness.
