Omnipollo Brush is a Swedish Imperial Stout born from years of experimentation at Omnipollo brewery in Sundbyberg. This dark, full-bodied stout marries chocolate and coconut in a layered drinking experience. The base beer was crafted with barrel aging in mind from the start, resting in bourbon barrels and vessels from Norwegian midsummer hot sauce, deepening the beer's character and complexity. At 14.5% ABV, Brush delivers warmth and substance. The barrel maturation adds texture and woody nuance while allowing the coconut and chocolate notes to emerge across the palate. A collaboration that shows deliberate craft and patience.
