Founded by Alastair Hook in 1999 in Greenwich, Meantime Brewing helped spark London's craft beer renaissance. This London Pale Ale draws on American Cascade and Centennial hops paired with British and German malts, creating a crisp, hop-forward beer with a distinctly dry profile. The nose reveals citrus and tropical fruit alongside subtle pine and herbal notes. On the palate, grapefruit and resinous hop character dominate, tempered by a clean, dry finish. At 4.3% ABV, it drinks light and refreshing without sacrificing hop complexity or bitterness.
