CH'TI Ambrée Hivernale is an amber ale from Brasserie Castelain, a French family brewery founded in 1926 in Bénifontaine. This bottom-fermented beer matures slowly for weeks at near-freezing temperatures, developing its distinctive character. The aroma shows roasted malts, biscuit and caramel with delicate sweetness. On the palate, it balances malt and hops with notes of prune, raisin, apple and pear, finishing with caramel. A touch of sourness adds complexity to the overall experience. Velvety and full-bodied, CH'TI Ambrée Hivernale is a refined amber ale best enjoyed at 6°C.
