The aroma reveals intense coffee notes layered with chocolate, raisins and dates, with undertones of fresh-baked brownies and yeast. On the palate, sweet malt and candy sugar emerge first, followed by dark chocolate and toffee. The finish brings a restrained floral hop bitterness with fudge and cocoa, never harsh or overwhelming.
