Kemker Kultuur produces this Aoltbeer on a farm near Münster, reviving the historical sour ale tradition of Westphalia. The beer matures for months in red wine barrels, developing fruity and wine-like character. It's a modern take on the old Münsterisch altbier style, brewed with mixed cultures and spontaneous fermentation.
