Founded in 2021 by Oscar Heijnen, Guilty Monkey Brewery is known for mischievous, boundary-pushing craft beers. The Milk Stout is crafted from a harmonious blend of Pilsen, oat flakes, Munich Dark and Black Extra malts, delivering a rich and deep flavour profile. This stout presents a complex palate of roasted character, coffee and cocoa, complemented by caramel undertones. Subtle balanced bitterness intertwines with sweet notes, while a creamy mouthfeel rounds out the experience.
