Folkingebrew, founded in 2017 in Groningen, presents Smoothie Sequence #2, a fruited sour blending mango, raspberry and blackberry. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, wheat and oats, then fermented with mixed cultures and finished with Magnum hop. Raspberry and blackberry shine clearly in the flavour profile, while mango plays a more understated role.
