Floem Verde is a robust Hazy Double IPA at 8% ABV from Appingedam, the northern Netherlands' brewing hub. This is one of the final releases from Floem Craft Beer, the craft brand that home brewer Edwin launched commercially in 2019 and quickly established with bold, hop-forward ales. Verde bursts with tropical fruit—passion fruit, mango and pineapple lead the aroma. Riwaka and Citra hops deliver a fresh, peppery bite that rounds out the beer. The hazy character and full flavour profile are hallmarks of the New England style Floem embraced. A beer that pulls no punches: this is among Floem's most pronounced creations.
