Gajes from Bruut Bier is a heavy blonde tripel first brewed in 2014. This beer stands out for its assertive hop character: three additions of bright floral hops deliver intense citrus, grapefruit and pine notes. A neutral top-fermenting yeast produces a clean, well-balanced beer with smooth malty sweetness underneath. The flavour ranges from peach to citrus fruit, with a subtle hint of coriander. Although Gajes is firmly hopped, the bitterness doesn't punch you in the face—it finishes dry but not aggressive.
