Grisette Fruits des Bois is an organic fruit beer from Brasserie St. Feuillien in Le Roeulx, Hainaut. At 3.5% ABV, this light beer blends barley and wheat malts with forest berries—raspberry, sour cherry and blackcurrant—for a refreshing, fruity character. The aroma opens with red berries and raspberries, backed by the soft, grainy notes of wheat. On the palate it is round and bright, with distinct fruit flavours that remain delicate and balanced. The finish is clean and dry, making it an ideal companion for warm weather. Grisette is a heritage beer style unique to Belgium's Hainaut province. St. Feuillien has revived this ancient tradition with organic ingredients since 2016.
