At 5.8% ABV, this is an approachable witbier suited to many occasions. Brouwerij Nicolaas was founded by brewer Dirk Brands and takes its name from Nicolaas Huijbert van Broekhoven, a brewer from the historic St. Joris brewery in the same town.
