Brouwerij Emelisse in Goes crafted this ambitious stout with pumpkin and chili as a seasonal experiment. A base batch of 2000 litres was divided into five distinct variants, with this version combining chili warmth alongside the rich, roasted character of pumpkin.

The nose offers roasted malt, pumpkin, and subtle spice. On the palate, dark malt and grainy notes take the lead, with pumpkin contributing body and fullness. Chili adds a gentle prickling dimension without overwhelming the profile. At 10% ABV and full-bodied, this stout delivers a complex, spice-inflected experience.
