Weijsbeer is the flagship of Brouwerij De Blauwe IJsbeer, the first beer this Tilburg-based brewery released when founded in 2012. This wheat beer is brewed with pale malt, hops and weizen yeast, delivering a striking colour and soft, refreshing character. The classic weizen aroma emerges from the distinctive yeast strain. On the palate, fruity notes dominate—particularly ripe banana, characteristic of the style. The beer presents a full, crisp flavour with a clean, satisfying finish.
