This fresh and fruity beer emerged from a distinctive brewing concept: a single 2000-litre base batch was developed into five different fruity variants, a collaboration between Brouwerij Bolschout and Brouwerij Brouwersnös from Groenlo. At 5.5% ABV, Blom is an approachable wheat beer that brings together the characteristic fruitiness of the style with refined execution. The beer reflects the playfulness of the brewing process and the creativity of its makers.
