Pink Killer is a pioneering fruit witbier from Brasserie de Silly in Silly, Belgium, launched in 2002 as an unconventional addition to the Belgian brewing tradition. This pale pink, slightly hazy beer combines wheat and malt with pink grapefruit, creating a striking appearance and crisp citrus character. The nose is rich with grapefruit and citrus notes, slightly perfumed. On the palate, fruity flavours of grapefruit, orange peel and mandarin emerge, with a pleasant sweetness that balances the natural bitterness of the fruit. A refreshing, thirst-quenching summer beer with moderate body and clean finish.
