Lambrate A-T Pils is a classic pilsner from Birrificio Lambrate, Milan's first craft brewery, founded in 1996. This unfiltered and unpasteurised beer blends Pilsner malt with CaraRed and rye, hopped with Citra, Summit, Centennial and Cascade. The result is a light-coloured pilsner with subtle grain character and restrained hop bitterness. At 5.2% ABV, it's an approachable brew that reflects Lambrate's minimalist philosophy: water, malt, hops and yeast, nothing more. The brewery remains a landmark in the Lambrate neighbourhood, a gathering place rooted in Milan's craft beer culture.
