Pauw's Trots was the first beer brewed by Bierbrouwerij De Pauw in the mid-1990s and remains a defining moment for this remote Overijssel brewery. This craft Brown Ale follows traditional methods: top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised and bottle-conditioned for secondary fermentation. The beer presents a malty and sweet foundation with notes of fruit and caramel.
