The nose reveals aromas of fresh coffee, roasted malt and dark fruit, complemented by subtle notes of chocolate and caramel. On the palate, a balanced interplay of sweet maltiness and moderate bitterness unfolds, with flavours of dark fruit, bread and coffee taking turns. The finish is clean and dry, typical of a well-crafted Dubbel. At 6.6% ABV, the beer delivers warmth without being overwhelming.
