Ginevra is a Bohemian Pilsner from Birrificio Leder, a small craft brewery in Valle di Ledro, Trentino, northern Italy. At 4.5% ABV, this is a light and refreshing beer brewed with traditional methods and Saaz hops. The beer presents a clear golden-yellow colour with fine, persistent foam. The nose shows floral and spicy character alongside bready malt notes. On the palate, crisp and dry with citrus fruit and subtle acidity that enhances its refreshing quality. A well-balanced, understated pilsner that pairs naturally with light dishes and has found favour among visitors to the Lake Garda region.
