Browar Za Miastem is a Polish craft brewery founded in 2016 by two long-time friends, Marek and Tomek, who had shared the dream of opening their own brewery for over twenty years. The brewery is based in the village of Rumianek, near Poznań in the Wielkopolska region of Poland, not far from the city's airport. Built with the support of family and friends, it represents a personal and passionate project rooted in friendship and a genuine love for quality beer. The brewery has built a large and diverse portfolio of craft beers, encompassing a wide range of styles. Their range includes IPAs such as the New Zealand IPA Błoga Cisza and the Święty Spokój IPA, as well as pilsners like the Beskidzkie Piwo Rzemieślnicze Bawarskie Jasne and the Długi Weekend Pilsner. Browar Za Miastem is known for producing eco-conscious packaging, with their branding developed by Asgard Branding, reflecting a philosophy that beer stands for relaxation, good mood, and peace of mind. Browar Za Miastem has gained recognition both locally and nationally, participating in events such as the Warszawski Festiwal Piwa (Warsaw Beer Festival). Their beers, including Święty Spokój and Chwila Spokoju, are available through online retailers and have earned a solid reputation on the Polish craft beer scene.
